What is the easiest way to lose weight?

There is no easy way to lose fat especially if you're an endomorph. If you have this kind of body, you will gain weight easily and find it hard to lose them as quick. Other body types do not usually experience this. Having said that, you have to put in the work to lose fat.

 
Some of the ways to do that includes the following:
 
1. Do not eat later than 7p.m.
 
2. Exercise regularly.
 
3. Detox regularly.
 
4. Eat right, avoid junks.
 
5. Drink alot of water.
 
6. Eat alot of fruits.
 
7. Consult your Doctor to know which wright loss supplement is suitable for you.
