How can I stay fit and healthy?.

Staying fit and healthy can be a lot of hard work especially if you're used to eating junk food. However, through research, here are some of the ways to stay fit and healthy.


1. Avoid junks by all means. Instead of snacking on junk food, eat small portions of meals five to six times a day. That way, you do not get hungry easily.


2. Ear a lot of fruits and vegetables. They are a source of vitamins that do great good to the body.


3. Avoid soda at all costs.


4. Drink a lot of water. More in the day, less at night.


5. Detox regularly.


6. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep everyday is not a luxury, it is important to your health.


7. Exercise regularly. For some, that's the part you don't like to hear. Need I mention that exercise is not only for people who want to lose weight, neither do you have to do anything strenuous to show that you're exercising. Walking can also help a great deal too.
