l Beans, lentils and other pulses
l Skimmed milk
l Fruits like kiwi, melon, pineapples, peaches, mangoes, oranges and watermelon
l Oily fishes like mackerel, sardines etc.
l Green peas
l Nuts, seeds and legumes
l Olive oil
Substitute processed sugar for natural sugar like honey. In fact, avoid processed and fatty foods.
