Question Is bean protein complete
Is beans a complete protein meal?
Beans is highly nutritious and a suitable substitute for animal protein. But it is not considered a complete protein because it lacks amino acid which is a key body builder.
However, when beans is eaten with rice or any other grain, the grain complements it, making it a complete protein. They do not necessarily need to be combined together and eaten at the same time. You may have one for breakfast and the other for lunch. Whichever way suits you, the body picks out the necessary amount of amino acid in each meal.
Ensure you have a healthy diet plan.
